DroidDeck device compatibility

Pick the hardware you actually have. The result has an official line from the 0.4.0 README and a test line from this site. Today the test line is empty for every row.

Why the list is short

A long grid of green ticks looks decisive and collapses three different facts: the README range, someone else saying a device worked, and a retest on a named build. This page publishes GPU classes from the README, a handful of chips from Qualcomm public specifications, the Retroid Pocket 5 because the 0.3.2 notes name it, and the AYN Odin 2 because its sold chip maps to Adreno 740.

On 13 October 2026, the droiddeck.app homepage called the Ayn Odin 2, Retroid Pocket 5, and Ayaneo Pocket S fully verified, and it listed Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 inside an Adreno 730-or-newer example. Use the checker above instead of importing that sentence. The Odin 2 can still read as in range here, with no site retest attached. The Pocket 5 stays experimental. The 7+ Gen 2 stays unresolved.

After the official line, the useful next page is the 0.4.0 install guide or the game record library. The README itself is on GitHub.

Device questions

Is Adreno 650 supported?

The 0.4.0 README places Adreno 6xx, including 650, in the experimental sentence. DirectX 11 uses DXVK 2 and may run. DirectX 12 games can still crash. The 0.3.2 notes added 6xx support and named the Retroid Pocket 5 as a 650 example. That mention does not move the current README line to a full in-range rating.

Do Mali GPUs work?

The 0.4.0 README lists Mali as unsupported, along with Xclipse, PowerVR, and Adreno 710.

Why is the Retroid Pocket 5 not marked fully supported?

Its GPU is Adreno 650. The current README calls Adreno 6xx experimental. A third-party page can still say verified. This guide does not merge those words.

Is Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 inside Adreno 730 or newer?

Qualcomm specifies Adreno 725 for the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2. The README names 730 or newer, 8xx, experimental 6xx, and unsupported 710. Adreno 725 is none of those, so the checker returns not enough information.

Can the site detect my phone?

No. The first version asks you to choose the model or the GPU. A browser cannot reliably name every Adreno revision, and a wrong automatic label would be worse than a short list.

Does an in-range result mean my games will run?

No. The official column only restates the README baseline. The evidence column on this site is empty until a game record names the device, the DroidDeck version, and the session.
